€ 120 for students and Ph.D. students
€ 150 for all other participants
As in previous years, we kindly ask group leaders to register all members of their group on a single registration form. The registration form has been already sent to all group leaders. The registration fee includes accommodation, food, material and the afternoon excursion. If you have any questions concerning the registration procedure or the registration form, please contact Karla Fejfarová (karlajadolesafejnepojedu@gmailtralalala.com), to whom the completed form should be sent.
Presenting at HEC-18
Each HEC-18 talk must be accompanied by an abstract. Abstracts will be available in the HEC-18 abstract book at the meeting. Due to the number of participating groups we expect that each group has one presenting student OR PhD student OR a young post-doc. After having registered for an oral presentation, please use this template and send your abstract as a word document to Karla Fejfarová (karlajadolesafejnepojedu@gmailtralalala.com) by July 14. The abstract should not exceed one A4 page including figures. Please remember that the abstracts will be published in the HEC booklet, so we ask you to send us your abstract using our template and figures in print quality.
Afternoon Excursion
Silver mine and museum tour (consider limitations – people with claustrophobia, cardiac and respiratory diseases, pregnant women and people with reduced mobility are not allowed to visit the mine, however such guests can take alternative route via the silver museum only). Please indicate whether you intend to participate or not in the registration form.
