Acommodation

1) Hotel Adalbert: no rooms left!!

The hotel Adalbert is located just in the conference venue and we have booked all its rooms for the conference. Number of rooms in Adalbert is however very limited and the reservation will be done on the first coming principle.

To reserve a room in the hotel Adalbert:

- Create profile at the registration system of the Czech and Slovak Crystallographic Association. If you have already submitted an abstract your profile is active and you can skip this step.

- Enter the registration system and book the hotel

- Wait for a confirmation e-mail

- Make the payment through the registration system

2) Dormitory Kajetanka

Kajetanka provides very cheap accomodation withing the walking distance to the conference venue. We have booked all its capacity for the conference, however, the offer is only valid until 25 May!

To reserve a room in the dormitory Kajetanka:

- Create profile at the registration system of the Czech and Slovak Crystallographic Association. If you have already submitted an abstract your profile is active and you can skip this step.

- Enter the registration system and book the hotel

- Wait for a confirmation e-mail

- Make the payment through the registration system

3) Dormitory Kajetanka with the IUCr support

Young scientists eligible for a reduced registration fee can also apply for IUCr support for accomodation. The only supported accomodation will be in the dormitory Kajetanka, which will be free of charge in such case.

The rules for obtaining the support for young scientists are given here. Please note that the deadline for application is 17 May!

4) Other hotels

Accomodation in other hotels is managed by participants without any assistence of the conference. This web page list some hotels around the conference venue. Most of them are quite small and we recommend to book your accomodation as soon as possible.
