Support for young scientists
1) Reduced registration fee
For the reduced registration fee the following conditions should be fullfilled:
a) The participant is a PhD student or a postdoc
b) The participant has submitted an abstract for oral or poster
presentation within the abstract deadline (17 May 2015), and the abstract has been accepted
c) The aparticipant has delivered a motivation letter and a support letter
before 17 May to the e-mail address of the conference secretary (pilna@fzu.cz)
Please do not pay the reduced registration fee before
obtaining an e-mail with a decision about the young scientist's support
2) Free accomodation at student's dormitory
The participants eligible for the reduced registration fee can also take advantage of the free
accomodation at the student's dormitory about 1 km walk from the conference venue.
Other kinds of accomodation will not be supported.

3) Reimbursement of travel expenses
The participants eligible for the reduced registration fee and accomodated at the student's dormitory
can also apply for a support of the travel expenses. This support will be decided on the individual basis
taking into the account the destination. Level of this support depends on the number of applications.
Please note that only the students with free accomodation at the studen'ts dormitory can apply
for the reimbursement of the travelling expenses. The applications should be sent together with the motivation
letter (see the paragraph 1).
Reduced registration fee for retired scientists
For the reduced registration fee the participant must be a retired scientist with accepted oral or poster
presentation (deadline 17 May 2015)
